We must all endeavor to stop OURSELVES from getting emotional every time we see, read, or hear about something that we are passionate about. It is up to each individual in the world to stop, yes stop, and start to listen to the other view point.
We are constantly labeling each other and being obnoxious just because our emotions send us in that direction. But it is long since time when man and woman started to step back, count to 1,000 and begin to listen to the other side.
Once we start to do that and start gaining some sort of moral advantage over ourselves, we could reduce conflict to nothing. Consider if Rome didn't want to take over the world and that the Roman Senate listened to the people being conquered. What a better world we could have.
The same problems and the same solutions exist today but people refuse to learn from history. They simply label someone a criminal, throw him into a hole and forever deem him to a life of crime. It is no wonder that poor people with no prospects for a future will almost always commit crime after crime just to survive in a world that labeled them "criminal conviction" holders. We must develop a plan to encourage people to erase their "convictions" and make something out of themselves.
Otherwise we are doomed to ensuring that minority groups and even poor whites will remain criminals forever.
No one cares except that this concept would work. It would be better to whip a man for a crime than to label him a "CONVICT" for his entire life. He has no where to go except down.
Unless of course, men and women use their heads and free the low level convicted of their labels for "ALL" purposes. Let them be cops, lawyers, firefighters or anything so they can at least forge a way forward!!!!

How to Bag a Job Successfully
Every individual works hard and studies for years to bag the right job and
make a good amount of money. However, the future of a candidate is in the hands
of the employers. All the employees are chosen after a number of tests. People
who look for employees prepare multiple documents before starting their
research. They prepare a job analysis document to share all the job-related
information with the candidates. They analyze the job and share the right
information, following this, they prepare an ideal profile to choose the right
candidate. They make a profile of an ideal candidate and choose a candidate
with the closest match. The most important thing in the hiring process is the
interview, and candidates who want to bag a job should ace the interview. The employers
want the candidates to share all their strengths and prove that they deserve
the job. They shortlist the candidates and conduct an interview, and choose the
one that best fits their organization. The same goes for lawyers, the lawyers
who want to serve in an organization or a law firm have to follow all the steps
to bag a job successfully. Lawyers who want to get hired by clients have to
follow a different procedure compared to lawyers who want to get hired by
businesses.

Remember: Reasons to Seek the Help of a Lawyer
https://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=7174630426040502480#editor/target=post;postID=3300613023501559115;onPublishedMenu=allposts;onClosedMenu=allposts;postNum=3;src=postname
Lawyers are the basic part of the legal system and law
profession. The demand of lawyers is increasing day by day as the disputes or
crimes are increasing. Lawyers on different positions are providing the
services in various matters. There are attorneys, prosecutors, Paralegals,
judges and many others, all belong to the same profession of law and the basic
purpose of these people is to maintain the law and order within the specific
geographical area. People hire the services of lawyers to handle their
different disputes. And the big responsibility of a lawyer is to provide the
legal advice according to the situation and handle other legal matters. A
common person cannot possibly understand the itsy-bitsy of this system, so it
is better if he just have the services of a lawyer.

Here are some of the reasons that indicate why you should
hire the services of a lawyer.
Signing the contract
In daily life, people do business or partnerships and for
that they have to go through the process of signing the contract. Sometimes,
these contracts are very long and quite hard to understand. A person who does not
belong to the profession of law, may find it difficult to understand. And
signing the contract which you do not understand properly is quite a risk and
you may face a huge loss in future. So to understand the every bit of the
contract, you need to hire a person who can understand this well. A lawyer is
the one who can help you in this matter. He would not only make you understand
the contract but he can also guide you if this is a bad business or
partnership. You can seek the help of a lawyer in signing contract for buying
or selling houses or making a business deal etc.
Involved in lawsuit
If you facing a lawsuit in any way then the best option is
to hire a lawyer immediately. A lawyer can guide you about the court
proceedings and you will have to face fare less damage than working on your
own. Other than guidance, you need a person who can represent you in the court
and for that, you need to hire some competent lawyer who can understand your
situation well and represent you in the court as well. Make sure you choose the
best lawyer in the town because literally your future depends
on him.
